Terms of use

UK Sea Fishing Coach is a Beacalls Apps product. It is a planning and education product. It does not guarantee catches, safe conditions or legal compliance.

You are responsible for your own safety on the mark, for checking official tide tables, weather and local rules, and for any fish you keep.

Advice in the app may be incomplete. A MET Norway forecast is used for the place and hours of a session when that service responds. If it does not, use Check Live Weather for an external forecast. Official tide data is used when it is actually available. Sea state is included only when a forecast returns it. Where we cannot provide live data, we will say so rather than invent it.

Do not rely on fish identification as a reason to keep a fish. If identification is uncertain, return it.

Payments are processed by Stripe when checkout is connected. Premium is £4.99 a month or £39.99 a year. We only mark an account Premium after Stripe confirms the payment to our server — a success page is not enough. We will not invent a successful payment or a paid subscription.

A launch offer, when running, is Premium free for a stated period for a limited number of eligible signed-in users. It is not lifetime Premium and we will not automatically charge a card when it ends. Existing Founding Anglers keep their remaining months. Paid subscribers keep their paid plan.

Catch of the Day is subject to the community rules. There is no public user-to-user messaging. Serious or repeated abuse may lead to Premium being suspended. Refunds follow applicable law — we do not promise automatic refunds.

These terms are a product description, not a lawyer-reviewed contract and not a GDPR certificate. They may change as the product develops. Continued use after a change is acceptance of the new terms.
